1. Who we are

PokéRoll is an online shop selling authentic single Pokémon trading cards. We sell individual cards only — no sealed packs, no pack-opening, and no gambling or chance-based mechanics. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

3. Products, authenticity & condition

• Every card is an authentic single, verified before it is listed.
• Card condition (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played) and grading details are described on each product page. Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith but minor variations in surface, centering, and color are normal for collectible cards.
• Graded slabs are sold as graded by the stated grading company; we do not guarantee or re-certify third-party grades.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are benchmarked to current market value. Because most listings are one-of-a-kind, stock is limited and an item may sell out before your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious mistake. Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Orders & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation and charge your payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the order violates these Terms. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

6. Shipping

Cards are sleeved, toploaded, and shipped in a bubble mailer with tracking. Shipping timeframes and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package delivered. For returns and damage in transit, see our Returns Policy.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users’ access.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content, images, or listings without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The PokéRoll name, site design, and original content are our property or used with permission. Pokémon and all related names and images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners; they appear here solely to identify the cards we sell.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The store is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéRoll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the store after changes means you accept them.
