- Order & contact details — name, email address, shipping address, and the items you purchase. We need these to process and deliver your order and to send order confirmations.
- Payment information — card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we only retain a token and the last four digits for order reference and fraud prevention.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you view, collected to keep the store secure and to improve it.
- Cart contents — items you add to your cart are stored locally in your browser (via
localStorage) so your cart persists between visits. This data stays on your device.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
- To send transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations.
- To respond to support requests and returns.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can clear or block these through your browser settings, though some features (like the cart) may stop working.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.
Your rights

Children's privacy
PokéRoll is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
